Dottie's house is located directly behind MaxCal's Home Rental in our peaceful neighborhood. Dottie is a delightful lady and a very good friend to us. She allows/asks us to rent out her basement apartment for Bristol Race Weekends. Rates for Dottie's apartment vary upon occupancy. Our Dottie retains ALL income we generate for her.
It has a Queen size bed, satellite television, a fully functional kitchen, and general amenities. Dottie receives all proceeds!
