There is plenty of parking and a deck for entertaining outside!
The parking area is gravel and about 15 feet wide.
There are steps along the retaining wall that take you up to a flat grassy area surrounded by a safety fence at the wall's edge. The view is spectacular!
The deck has seven chairs and one large table with an umbrella and and one small table. It also has a charcoal grill and a gate for the lower level steps. During the mid-day hours the deck is in the sunshine and by mid-afternoon the deck is shaded you can enjoy a comfortable afternoon with company, reading a good book, or just relaxing! For the evening, there are lights around the deck that can be easily plugged in for use.
As a reminder, this is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors that respect each other, so we do ask that you keep the noise down when entertaining.
